Job Overview:

Waltonen Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth through proactive engagement with customer contacts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through proactive engagement with customer contacts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in industries such as Aerospace, Defense, Government, and Energy.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance metrics and report regularly to management.
  • Represent Waltonen Engineering at industry trade shows and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Established network of contacts outside the automotive industry, such as in aerospace, defense, government, etc.
  • Preferred experience in the aerospace or defense tooling industry.
  • Superior sales ability, management skills, and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision.

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year based on experience.
