About the Role

Work Right NW is seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team. As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a critical role in promoting worksite wellness and preventing injuries among our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate injury risks using wearable technology and computer vision to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for prevention.
  • Provide on-the-job care for our dedicated team of hard-working industrial athletes, including evaluating and treating orthopedic or sports-related injuries.
  • Schedule preventative/early symptom intervention appointments for both work-related and non-work-related aches and pains.
  • Offer general rehabilitation for non-work-related injuries and collaborate with Safety Professionals and/or Ergonomists to develop innovative programs and initiatives aimed at improving overall worker health.
  • Use data analytics to assess injuries and devise and implement necessary changes to our worksite wellness programs.
Requirements
  • BOC Certification is required.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
