About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Director of Estimating to join our team at Hagerman. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for presenting new business opportunities, expanding business relations, and overseeing estimating operations in a specific geographic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present new business opportunities and expand business relations
  • Oversee estimating operations in a specific geographic region
  • Have authority over unit personnel and be responsible for creating budgets
  • Oversee the estimating process for projects and establish estimating standards based on past performance analysis
  • Interact with various external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of work experience in construction, with at least 8 years in construction estimating
  • A High School diploma, or equivalent; College Degree preferred
  • BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience
