Job Summary

As a Store Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our team to ensure our stores are stocked with high-quality, unique items that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Process and merchandise donated items, ensuring they meet our quality standards
  • Work efficiently to meet sales and inventory goals, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve sales and inventory goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
