Qualifications:
- Proficient in electronic prescribing systems
- Valid Medical License in California (M.D. or D.O.)
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications
- Approved Medi-Care & Medi-Cal Provider status
