Project Supervisor 2nd Shift Job Description

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Supervisor 2nd Shift to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and executing proper physical and systemic storage, inventory, and stock readiness activities, as well as providing warehouse support to all customers supported by DLA Distribution Mapping Support Office (MSO) at Susquehanna, PA DDSP site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute proper physical and systemic storage, to include inventory and stock readiness functions, and issues, stows, packages, and prepares for shipment.
  • Manage over-the-counter material pick-up, and disposal of materials in accordance with DLA Distribution policies and the most current standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide warehouse support to all customers supported by DLA Distribution Mapping Support Office (MSO) at Susquehanna, PA DDSP site.
  • Participate in daily workload planning meetings with the government's Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) to discuss, planned workload for the day, work accomplished the workday before, and the assignment of Contractor employees.
  • Ensure all Acceptable Performance Level (APL) metrics are achieved and maintained.
  • Perform job activities in compliance with applicable Olgoonik Quality Control procedures, customer policies, and SOPs.
  • Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage.
  • Ensure materials are routed to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials.
  • Respond after normal working hours, to government inquiries and emergency issues within two (2) hours of notification and shall be on site, if needed, to complete required mission essential duties.
  • Enforce Olgoonik's safety culture, in which all employees must accept responsibility to protect the health and safety of Olgoonik employees, the public, and the environment.
  • Perform a variety of warehousing duties requiring an understanding of the establishment's storage plan and DLA Distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate hand or powered Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in performing warehouse duties.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) IT level III background check for the Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery.
  • Must be a self-starter who can provide excellent customer service.
Security Clearance:

Position requires U.S. Citizenship, a US Government background check, and may require a US Government SECRET Clearance.
