About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at LOFT in Eugene, OR. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey. You'll be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and upholding the highest standards of service.

  • Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
You'll Bring to the Role
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (a plus)
  • A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • A proactive approach to making thoughtful decisions.
