Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Assist with sales and inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
