We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a direct hire position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within an industrial maintenance technician role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to optimize efficiency, downtime, quality, and safety
  • Repair, replace, and adjust electrical or mechanical parts in machines and equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment
  • Overhaul machines when necessary
  • Respond to maintenance issues from tenders, packers, quality assurance, and plant supervision
  • Train, instruct, and mentor new hires or lower-skilled maintenance staff
  • Communicate issues encountered with management and maintenance staff
  • Record maintenance activities in IQMS database
