As a BCBA, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role requires flexibility, as you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy both in-person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify behavioral needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Meet with families, caregivers, and other professionals to discuss treatment progress and recommend strategies to address behavioral issues.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to correct, maintain, or improve specific behaviors.

  • Create simulated environments to observe patient behavior and develop targeted interventions.

  • Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BCBA or similar role.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ABA therapy principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Calm, empathetic, and patient nature.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA.
