Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately verify and communicate insurance and benefits information in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate financial clearance processes and ensure the accuracy of patient demographic and insurance details for precise claims submission.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, insurance verifications, authorization notifications, data entry, and additional related tasks.
  • Uphold quality patient and customer relations through various operational duties.

Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

A High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of four years of experience as a Patient Access Specialist or in a comparable role is essential.
