MRI CT Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MR/CT Technologist to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Foundation. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MR and CT scans, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Perform MR and CT scans, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Provide exceptional patient care, including preparing patients for exams, relaying instructions, and collecting patient data.
• Document patient concerns, messages, and care provided in the patient's medical record.
• May be required to work in other modalities with appropriate licensure and occasionally work at other locations within the Greater Sacramento Area.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory completion of a formal AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Must be licensed by the State of California in CRT.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy and physiology for imaging, proper operation of and care of radiology diagnostic equipment, and radiation safety is required. Advanced certification in MR & CT through ARRT is preferred. Medical terminology and familiarity with an electronic practice management system and PACS is also preferred.
