MRI CT Technologist

Job Summary

Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a skilled MRI CT Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MR and CT scans, providing exceptional patient care, and working collaboratively with our team of radiologists and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform MR and CT scans on patients, ensuring accurate and efficient results
• Provide excellent patient care, including preparing patients for exams, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards
• Document patient information, exam results, and other relevant data in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Formal education in radiologic technology or equivalent required
• Current licensure as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the State of California required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills required

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience as a MR/CT technologist preferred
• Six months of experience in an outpatient environment preferred
• Advanced certification in MR and CT through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred
