The Customer Service Ranger will be responsible for overseeing the campground, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to remain composed in challenging situations and respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough monitoring of the property to identify any issues or potential risks.
  • Securing the premises to ensure guest safety.
  • Enforcing resort regulations, addressing concerns, and liaising with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Managing guest access through the campground entrance and verifying entry permissions.
  • Performing regular patrols and inspections of rental units.
  • Handling camping reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and retail transactions.
  • Prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic reading, writing, and mathematics, with the ability to utilize computer software.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Capability to evaluate situations, exercise sound judgment, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, coupled with a welcoming attitude.
  • Experience in security, law enforcement, or within an RV setting is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
