Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation Engineer to join our team. As a Validation Engineer at PSC Biotech, you will play a critical role in driving project success, supporting validation planning, development, documentation, and execution, and ensuring regulatory standards and quality requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation strategies and protocols in the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of risk-based validation approaches, quality management, and regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and colleagues on validation-related matters.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in validation engineering, with a strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
