Physical Therapist PRN Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Care team in the Highlands & Hardee County area. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy care to patients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Execute physicians' orders and notify them of necessary updates or changes in a patient's condition.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy care for patients.
- Coordinate care for assigned patients and deliver high-quality, professional physical therapy services.
- Complete documentation according to Agency Policy and Regulatory guidelines.
- Perform home visits as ordered by patients' physicians.
- Current PT licensure within the state of FL.
- Current BLS.
- Valid Driver's License.
- BS in Physical Therapy by an American Physical Therapy Association accredited university.
- Minimum of (1) year of clinical Physical Therapy in an acute or Rehab setting.
