We Are Seeking a Skilled Groomer

If you have a passion for grooming and a love for animals, we would love to have you on our dynamic team. At Healthy Paws Westland, you will work in a cutting-edge facility and contribute to a culture that values creativity and excellence in pet care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Groom dogs and cats following breed-specific standards.
  • Detangle fur, remove mats, and maintain coat health.
  • Inspect for parasites and skin issues.
  • Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal sac expression.
  • Brush teeth and ensure overall comfort for pets.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mobility to navigate between grooming stations and stand for extended periods.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
  • Commission-based earnings ranging from 40% to 60% based on experience.
