About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team at Superior Fence and Rail. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fences for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Installation Inspection: Inspect trucks and trailers to ensure they are loaded safely and correctly according to the job order.
  • Site Preparation: Establish the location for the fence and gather information to ensure there are no electric cables or utility lines in the area.
  • Fence Installation: Install fence panels, gates, and posts according to Superior Fence and Rail standards.
  • Measurement and Layout: Measure and lay out fence lines according to the fence job order and survey to ensure the fence is installed correctly on the customer's property.
  • Equipment Operation: Use appropriate equipment in a safe and secure manner.
  • Warranty and Repair: Assist with warranty and repairs as needed.
  • Client and Team Interaction: Interact with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Fence Installation Experience: Must have knowledge of how to install fences, including vinyl, wood, chain-link, and aluminum.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and able to interpret, obey, and follow applicable safety regulations.
  • Professionalism: Must be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Independence: Must be able to work independently and treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers.
