Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Therapist Supervisor to join our Child and Family Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical supervision and guidance to our clinical staff, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to clinical staff members
  • Develop and coordinate clinical programs within the division
  • Collaborate with external agents to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, and clinical seminars
  • Maintain and complete service documentation according to prescribed standards

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social services field with certification or licensure in area of specialization
  • Four to six years of clinical experience
  • Advanced knowledge of mental and physical characteristics of applicable population
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
