Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wingfingers Fairhope LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-service, casual dining management experience
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
