Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 80-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in South Troy, NY. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, helping them to get stronger, healthier, and happier.
Responsibilities:
  • Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
  • Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Helping residents with personal hygiene and getting dressed
  • Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
