We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and execute complex projects focused on Edge and cloud analytics, advanced manufacturing data analytics, and industrial transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Financial Analysis:
  • Calculate and report on the financial benefits of projects to stakeholders.
  • Identify value creation opportunities within plant operations and quantify their fiscal impact.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members in Agile methodologies and user story writing.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Edge and cloud analytics, advanced manufacturing data analytics, and industrial transformation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in a related position.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on technology-driven initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to write and understand user stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
