Job Summary

The Client Services Associate will play a critical role in delivering and coordinating client services, working closely with our field staff to provide quality home care. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations to increase our office's caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in delivering and coordinating client services
  • Lead field staff in providing quality home care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Monitor metrics (gross margin, overtime, unfilled hours, etc.) to ensure efficient fiscal management
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase office caseload

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree
  • Prior health care, home care, and recruiting experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)
