Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Rotating Nurse position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and act as a supervisor to ensure the provision of excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, utilizing the nursing process and patient needs to deliver individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care.
  • Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Act as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
  • Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals and participate in hourly rounding.
  • Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices, and may be asked to be in charge for a shift(s).
  • Supervise other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification as applicable by Facility/by Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Preferred experience: 1 year of acute care experience, or certification in specialty area of practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
