About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Professional to join our team at Res-Care, Inc. as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene care.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in light duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
  • Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Physical Requirements
