Behavioral Health Nurse

Hospital for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cherry Valley, Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a psychiatric healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information and nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Currently licensed to practice by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
- Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
- CPR certification and successful completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment.
- Competitive hourly rate: $36 - $45.
