Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 per year. Depending on experience.

Working Conditions:
Our emergency department operates 24/7, providing immediate care to patients who require urgent attention. As an ER Nurse at New London Hospital, you will be exposed to a variety of medical conditions, including traumatic injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support. Please note that all employees must adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines while working in the emergency department.

Requirements:
To succeed as an ER Nurse at New London Hospital, you must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A degree in nursing, current RN licensure, and EPIC EMR experience are mandatory. We also value candidates with experience in Critical Access facilities and those who are comfortable working in high-stress environments.
