About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian I to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Clinical Dietitian I, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve their health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using recognized tools and standards
  • Develop and implement targeted nutrition interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care and identify patients at nutritional risk
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition management
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to nutrition interventions and update care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Valid dietitian licensure as required by state (if applicable)
  • Light work - exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs frequently
