Role: Vehicle Service Consultant
CarShop, a proud member of Penske Automotive Group, is in search of a dedicated Service Consultant to provide exceptional service to our clientele, embodying the principles of the 'CarShop Way'.
What are we looking for?
- The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair, coupled with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- You will collaborate with our Retail Service Technicians to ensure that customers are well-informed about necessary and suggested services.
- The Vehicle Service Consultant will engage directly with customers, aiming to meet and surpass their expectations for prompt service while maximizing the recommendations from our technicians.
- You will be well-versed in all policies and procedures of the Retail Service Department and will be expected to propose enhancements that could boost company performance.
What qualifications do you bring to the position?
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
- He/She maintains composure and professionalism under pressure, effectively managing sensitive situations.
- The Vehicle Service Consultant must be an adept communicator.
- He/She should possess strong problem-solving abilities and basic computer proficiency.

- Must successfully complete pre-employment assessments, including background checks and drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
