Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and develop plans to address them effectively.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to complete repairs and maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades.
  • Perform preventive maintenance work to ensure the longevity and reliability of building systems and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring quality and following documentation requirements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities, prioritizing the well-being of our members and staff.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in advanced maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in building maintenance or related fields (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) preferred.
