Job Description

Vest Residential is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
  • • Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures they are in move-in ready condition.
  • • Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results.
  • • Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.

Working Conditions: This role requires frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
