We are seeking a skilled Production Line Mechanic to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aerosol manufacturing production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance to aerosol manufacturing production lines and perform maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Comply with established job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives.
- Understand cGMP compliances and their impact on production requirements.
- Perform repair, preventative maintenance, and daily support of filling equipment, with a focus on filling, crimping, aerosolizing, capping, and packaging of aerosol products.
- Ensure product changeovers are done according to SOP and work order requirements.
- Maintain work area, tools, and shop equipment in a clean and functional manner.
- Maintain preventative log books accurately and neatly.
- Fabricate, assemble, and test parts as needed.
- Perform inspection of production parts and tooling for conformance to engineering blueprints and diagrams.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication is completed in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing plant experience with background in operating high-speed industrial processing equipment, maintaining manufacturing equipment, and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements, OSHA requirements, hazardous waste materials, mechanical and electrical devices, and effective verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and committed to excellence.
