Responsibilities

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing merchandise.

Flawless Execution

Ensure a tidy and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

Adhere to company policies and procedures to guarantee the safety of all associates and customers.

Assist with product launches and transitions in accordance with company standard operating procedures.

Provide a Great Customer Experience

Fulfill all aspects of the customer experience model.

Process transactions swiftly and accurately to minimize customer wait times.

Proactively address customer service-related issues as they arise, determining resolutions or escalating them as necessary, while communicating all matters to Store Management.

Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.

Additional essential functions may be assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Years of Experience:
0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred.

Proficient in technology usage (iPad, registers).

Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Meets physical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)

Prior retail experience is preferred.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
