Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Mission Critical team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for large-scale manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of these facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate plans for major projects, including studies, layout, specification, and design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, infrastructure, and controls.
  • Assess the feasibility or soundness of proposed applications when data is insufficient or testing is advisable.
  • Develop flow diagrams, P&IDs, and sequences of operation as required.
  • Coordinate departmental or divisional project studies, reports, or project design assignments.
  • Progressive design responsibilities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff members.
  • Regularly meet and correspond with clients or outside personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program and 3 years of mechanical engineering experience, consulting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in standard engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3D Rendering Programs, hydraulic analysis, and HVAC analysis programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Engineers in Training-EIT Certification Preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 Annually. Our extensive benefits package takes care of you so that you can focus on doing great work. Location and Schedule
