Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Continuously build experience and expertise as an automotive mechanic
  • Perform thorough courtesy vehicle inspections to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the service department to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently
  • Adhere to our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to deliver outstanding results

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of heavy objects
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
