Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement production plans and goals to meet business objectives.
  • Provide general ITAD support and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve high levels of performance and quality.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance safety and improve processes.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production or operations environment.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain a forklift license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory tracking.
  • Experience with computer hardware and software analysis.
  • Forklift experience.
