About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Movado Company Store team as a Full Time Keyholder. As part of our store management team, you will drive sales, open and close the store, and assist staff in reaching and exceeding goals. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to support sales growth, while also assisting with inventory management and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop a complete knowledge of the merchandise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
  • Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Establish rapport with actual or potential customers, building strong relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness of the product, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met.
