Join Our Team as a Vehicle Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.

Our award-winning training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. You will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers - all included in our 18-point safety check.

As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your contributions will be valued and recognized.

We offer a competitive pay starting at $14.00/hour, paid vacation, and holiday pay. Our flexible work schedule includes no late evenings, paid on-the-job training, and a 100% match up to 3% on our 401(k) savings plan. We also provide medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as company-provided uniforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to our guests
  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure fast, easy, and trusted services
  • Participate in our award-winning training program to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
