We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Companion to provide personalized care and companionship to seniors in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general assistance and care to patients/clients in accordance with their non-personal care plan.
  • Plan meals, purchase food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Work to provide a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients/clients and their families.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to patients/clients.
  • Assist with medication reminders and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • Two years' experience in a similar position desired.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Ability to work with minimal or close supervision.
  • Must conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality.
