Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy and a passion for supporting students in their communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Evaluations: Collaborate with the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Implement Therapy Plans: Contribute to the creation and execution of individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate: Engage with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide cohesive support for students.
  • Track Progress: Monitor and document the progress of students, making necessary modifications to therapy plans as required.
  • Supportive Role: Assist in fostering an engaging and positive educational atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
  • Valid California SLPA license.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
