Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Master's Degree preferred

Work Experience:
- Previous healthcare experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications:
- Physical Therapist license required
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification by the American Heart Association required
