New Home Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team in the Pageland, SC area. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Sell new homes to customers in your assigned territory
- Work with and learn from an industry-leading sales team
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
- 1 or more years of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience required
- 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment required
