At Against All Odds, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
