Waukesha State Bank, a leading community bank in Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Floating Customer Service Representative to join our East Region team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized service and proactive communication.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers, addressing their banking needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the new accounts team to ensure seamless onboarding and account management.
  • Model accuracy, organization, and attention-to-detail for the new account team and teller staff.
  • Travel between branch offices on the east side of Waukesha County to provide in-person service to customers.
