Job Title: Sr. E-Commerce Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. E-Commerce Analyst to join our team at Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. The successful candidate will provide support within the Information Technology area as a key point of contact for all EDI related issues of end users. The E-Commerce Analyst will work with other departments to recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization in alignment with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides development support in E-Commerce operations covering complex EDI map development, development of SI business processes, review of all inbound and out-bound activities.
  • Responsible for daily technical monitoring and troubleshooting of in-bound and out-bound transactions in SI.
  • Assists the resolution of issues with E-Commerce customers in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for working with new E-Commerce customers or vendors throughout all phases of set-up.
  • Provides after-hours support as required in any issue involving Sterling Commerce SI and any other E-Commerce related customer issues.
  • Responsible to assist Manager of E-Commerce in identification of software issues affecting Ajinomoto Foods NA operations and associated improvements released for these issues.
  • Participates in Ajinomoto Foods NA IT implementation projects as needed.
  • Helps in identification of systems needs, improvements and methodology for implementation.
  • Assist in all systems back-up and potential recovery situations.
  • Performs all other work duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors or Associates degree (preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in IBM Sterling integrator, able to edit Maps.
  • Ability to create/modify complex maps in ANSI X12 and UCS.
  • Ability to create BPML business processes using BP editor or Graphical Process Modeler.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to demonstrate expertise in a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess the ability to explain technical information in understandable language to non-tech personnel.
  • Maintain good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-tech personnel.

What We Offer:

Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 and a hybrid remote work position. The candidate should be local to Ontario, CA.
