Job Summary

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's public spaces, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including restrooms, floors, elevators, lobbies, and hallways.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and adhere to attendance policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
  • Utilize property Service Recovery/Defect Tracking processes to resolve guest complaints.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and managers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, talk, and hear.
  • Must pass certification quiz/test for position.
