AIOps Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AIOps Engineer to join our team at Infinite Computer Solutions (ICS). As an AIOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in defining and managing our Enterprise monitoring strategy for Observability and Event management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Monitoring Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring strategy covering all observability aspects, including metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards, and reports.
  • Leverage AI and Machine Learning: Leverage AI and machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and incident forecasting to automate the detection, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Collaborate with IT Teams: Collaborate with other IT teams and business partners to ensure alignment of monitoring objectives, requirements, and best practices across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate and Select Monitoring Tools: Evaluate and select appropriate monitoring tools and platforms and integrate them with existing IT systems and processes.
  • Establish SLAs and KPIs: Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report client performance and quality.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and end users on using and benefiting from the monitoring capabilities and insights.
  • Manage Monitoring and Automation Tool Roadmap: Assist in managing the monitoring and automation tool roadmap and propose and develop innovative solutions based on technology strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong monitoring and event management background
  • Well-versed in SL1 & ServiceNow ITOM
  • Knowledge of multi-cloud platforms
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes with a focus on event and incident management
