AIOps Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AIOps Engineer to join our team at Infinite Computer Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and event management, with expertise in multi-cloud platforms and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring strategy covering all observability aspects, including metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards, and reports.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and incident forecasting to automate the detection, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and business partners to ensure alignment of monitoring objectives, requirements, and best practices across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate monitoring tools and platforms and integrate them with existing IT systems and processes.
  • Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report client performance and quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and end users on using and benefiting from the monitoring capabilities and insights.
  • Assist in managing the monitoring and automation tool roadmap and propose and develop innovative solutions based on technology strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in monitoring and event management.
  • Expertise in multi-cloud platforms and ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and incident forecasting.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and platforms, including ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
