About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members, promoting a culture of wellness and fitness, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our diverse membership base
- Provide personalized coaching and guidance to members to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of fitness programs and services that align with our company's mission and values
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fitness and wellness
Requirements:
- CPR Certification
- Nationally recognized personal training certification
- Desire for personal growth and development
- Team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with a passion for fitness and wellness
- Organized and efficient with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Service-minded and professional with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties required for daily job functions

Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (one or more of the following): American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), The Cooper Institute, International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
