About the Opportunity

Opal Autism Centers is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based ABA therapy services. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.

About the Position:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans in a fun and interactive way
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and their families
  • Work closely with the team to achieve meaningful outcomes for children with autism

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification or 40 hour RBT training certificate of completion
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred
  • Relevant experience working with children and children with special needs preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background screening and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to sit on the floor, stand, squat, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $37,440 - $52,000 per year, based on time certified as a RBT with the BACB. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, holiday pay, health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), drive time reimbursement, and an uncapped $500 - $1,000 referral bonus program.
